Santorum's Sweaters

Haha, so the title of the cartoon is pretty straight forward and self explanatory; It's a cartoon explaining the making of Rick Santorum's sweater vests. In the picture, Santorum is charging towards the microphone planning to sabotage Mitt Romney which would make Barack Obama appear to be the most appealing candidate in the race. Behind Santorum is probably a Republican trying to prevent him from getting to the mic and in doing so, tearing off the sleeves to his sweater. Of course, this is suppose to be humorous because Santorum wouldn't actually say that, but apparently that's what his actions are showing. He's just making Obama more favorable by making his "rival" Romney look bad to the voters.

Scenarios like this seem to occur often in between the Republican candidates, they don't seem to realize how awful they make each other look while they're trying to make their way to become the one Republican candidate in the 2012 presidential election. It's just giving Obama the upper hand (as if he doesn't already have it) and that sucks for the Republicans... oh well.

Obamacare

The title of the cartoon is "Obamacare", referring to Obama's healthcare plan, of which Republicans oppose. So in the cartoon it says, "The Health Care Games," imitating "The Hunger Games", a popular movie currently out in theaters. Instead of the bird being a mockingjay, which is shown in the actually movie, the bird in the cartoon is an eagle, representing Obama's healthcare plan (America). So the picture speaks for itself, showing that the Republican party wants to hunt down the "Obamacare".

The cartoon is portrayed in a creative way that attracts people due to it's imitation of the story The Hunger Games.
